Returns & Exchanges

Coastal Home Interiors online is happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 30 days from the date received. We understand that with shopping online, sometimes the items you have chosen might not be what you exactly expected whether that may be the size or colour and we are here to help. 

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless there is a manufacture fault. 

We will not be responsible for items lost in transit and no refund will be processed. Tracking will be provided. 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please contact us with your order number and product name to organise a return. Our email address is hello@coastalhomeinteriors.com.au Once received we will contact you with further instructions. Return postage and postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in the original packaging  

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

Once we have received your returned product and inspected. If your return is approved we will refund to your original method of payment minus the original shipping cost that was charged. Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on your provider. 

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED / FAULTY / INCORRECT:

In the event that you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect please notify us immediately. You must provide your order number, product and photos of the fault or damage. Each claim must be sent within 24 hours of delivery otherwise after 24 hours your claim will not be accepted due to courier insurance. 

CANCELLED ORDERS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT:

If for some reason you would like to cancel your order prior to being packed and shipped out please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has been sent to pick it may be too late to cancel. All shipping costs are non-refundable as our postage labels are created and paid upon purchase. Any fees will be deducted.

IN STORE PURCHASES:

Items purchased in store is exchange only within 30 days or a credit note will be issued which expires after one year. No refund is given for change of mind unless there is a manufacture fault. All sale items are final.
